Hotel Giulietta E Romeo - Verona

The location was the best! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was generous.

The location of the hotel was excellent near the main tourist attractions and in the town centre. I was impressed by the hotel cleanliness.

Convenient location, very clean, updated, outstanding bathroom, ample breakfast, helpful staff.

Everything is perfect. Very nice hotel.

Nothing to say... The only thing is that the garage was a bit small for my big suv, but they give a permit to park the car wherever You want in the downtown for free.

We arrived early and since our rooms were not ready we were offered an upgrade which was ready and very nice.

The hotel is modern, the staff extremely helpful, the only negative was they were not able to park our van at the hotel. It took a while to find parking in the city early afternoon. Later we found suitable parking. A note during the booking phase should have advised us of this situation.

It was a great location right next to the Arena.

The rooms were small and it was very expensive for what we got, although it was Opera Season and that might have been the reason.

The location was excellent for the opera. Having parking was great and the staff was very good. Our room was comfortable.

The location was perfect.

The electricity and air conditioning went out intermittently. This was a bit annoying, although the staff attended to it quickly. (However, after either or both were fixed, they would go out again...)

We found there all that we needed and more than we expected.We hope to be there the next year for the same reasons.

Location was convenient to all key sites in Verona; price was reasonable; all bathroom fixtures other than the tub/shower were new and attractive.

Staff was not welcoming and generally unhelpful; bathroom tub needed replacement, with the drain plug filthy and non-functional; tissue dispenser was broken; elevator was too small to comfortably accomodate two passengers with normal amounts of luggage; breakfast selection and service was unremarkable.
